What exactly is a video invitation?
A video invitation is a 1-3 minutes video that includes a visual narrative and the relevant details about your event. Our videos serve as a save the date, announcement, invitation or “thank you for coming” note.

Why e-Clips and not others?

Are you using actors?
No we are not. The video invitations are personal invitations and feature the actual people holding the event. Our expertise is couching our interviewees beforehand and during the shoot. We can shoot and shoot again, until all of us are satisfied with the end result. You’ll probably enjoy being in the spotlight.

I have never acted in front of the camera, what do we do?
We expect and welcome a natural performance. We create authentic personal video invitations using authentic people. We pride ourselves on making you feel comfortable in front of the camera. You’ll probably even enjoy your “15 minutes” of glory.

What do I do with the video invitation when it’s done?
You can upload it to your website or to any website that supports video. We can create a webpage with the video invitation to be sent to your guests as a link, or you could just attach it to an email and whisk it away.

What about our guests who are not Internet savvy?
We provide DVD copies of our video invitations that can be sent through snail mail.

What are the steps of creating a video invitation?
First we meet and create a theme and a basic outline. Then we send you the script and after you approve we shoot on location at your convenient time. The rest is up to us. You can review the invitation a few days after the shoot. Final approval and the video invitation is on it’s electronic way.

How much of my time will it take?
You will need to invest two to three hours in total and will probably have fun.

Can we afford a video invitation?
Simply put, yes. Our video invitations cost less than most printed invitations and provide much more.
